Ralph Goldberg has practiced law since 1975, developing a nationally recognized practice in constitutional litigation, civil rights, police misconduct, consumer law, and bankruptcy. A member of the Georgia Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court bar, Mr. Goldberg has argued landmark free speech cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals — including Searcey v. Crim, 815 F.2d 1389 — and has spent five decades fighting relentlessly for his clients.

Laurene Cuvillier is a partner whose practice spans estate litigation, civil rights, personal injury, business law, and education law. As a former small business owner with an M.B.A., she brings a uniquely practical perspective to business matters. She is a recognized speaker on education law, representing students of all ages in disability accommodation requests, IEP and Section 504 hearings, and disciplinary appeals at schools, colleges, and universities across Georgia.
